What We Are All About

     EAUX’S began at a messy kitchen counter, surrounded by fresh ingredients, stained cutting boards, and the people I love. I’ve always believed that food is more than just fuel — it’s comfort, creativity, memory, and joy. I’ve also always believed that flavor shouldn’t be an afterthought. It should be the heart of every dish.

     As a teacher by day and a passionate home cook by night, I found myself constantly experimenting — blending herbs, infusing oils, and trying to recreate the depth and vibrancy of the meals I grew up loving. I wanted more than bland seasoning or generic store-bought bottles. I wanted something real. Something that added meaning to the meals we shared.

     That’s where EAUX’S was born.

     The name itself is personal. It’s part of my own name, Margeaux, but it also comes from what my students call me: Ms. O. EAUX’S represents both who I am and the life I’ve built — one rooted in learning, care, and always pushing to make things better.

​

     This business started small — just batches of infused olive oil made at home, taste-tested by friends and family, and handed out at local markets. But behind every bottle is a bigger mission: to make food exciting again. To help people slow down and really enjoy what they’re cooking. To make dinner a little more inspired.

​

At EAUX’S, every product is handcrafted in small batches. Each flavor has a story — whether it’s inspired by desert trails, garden mornings, or the golden glow of citrus afternoons. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t chase trends. We just make food taste really, really good.

     Because I care deeply about what people are putting on their plates. And I know that when food is made with love — when it's seasoned with intention — it brings people together in the best possible way.
