How Did We Do It?

EAUX’S didn’t start in a commercial kitchen or from a trendy recipe book. It started in the backyard — with a handful of herbs, a deep love for good food, and a refusal to settle for bland.

We grew everything we could ourselves. Rows of rosemary, thyme, oregano, peppers, citrus — all tended with care, harvested at their peak, and brought straight into the kitchen. This was never about speed. It was about doing it right. Flavor doesn’t happen by accident — it takes time, patience, and a whole lot of tasting along the way.

Our oils and spice blends are homemade in every sense of the word. We infused and blended in small batches, by hand, carefully balancing every ingredient until each one told a story. No fillers. No shortcuts. If it didn’t taste amazing, it didn’t make it to the bottle.

Every flavor we create begins with a feeling — a memory, a place, a dish that left a mark. From there, we ask ourselves: What would it taste like? How do we capture it? And then, quietly and carefully, we go to work.

We don’t share every step of our process. Some things are better kept close. But what we can tell you is this: EAUX’S was built with care, with intention, and with a whole lot of heart. We believe food should be exciting, full of depth, and always worth savoring. That’s what we set out to make — and it’s what we hope you taste in every drop.

From our garden to your table — this is how we did it.
